Physical Touch

Some of us need the power of human touch to feel the love others have to share with us. This can come in the form of a kiss, hug, handshake, or just putting your hand on another's shoulder. Almost every night for the last 3 years my husband has rubbed my feet with lotion for 20 minutes before we go to bed. There are countless times where it is my favorite 20 minutes of the day. We get to look at eachother in the eye and have great conversations, laughs, and sometimes a crying session. His service to me is simple but SO appreciated night after night. Ive learned that showing physical touch to those you love can really help you feel better. Let others (esp. your chilren and spouse) FEEL the love and care you have for them.
